
Summer is approaching and there’s no better way to celebrate than with a popsicle! They are the perfect way to cool off on a hot summer day! I created two easy recipes for you to have some popsicle summer fun! One is for the kids and one is for the adults because us mommy’s need to have some fun too!
Healthy Kid’s Popsicles

When I say this is the easiest recipe ever, I mean it! Amarumayu fruit juice is so good that you don’t need any other ingredients. It’s 100% juice and no added sugars, so you can feel good about what you’re kids are having! No crazy sugar rushes and tastes good…win win!
Ingredients:
To make:
- Pour the Amarumayu fruit juice into the popsicle mold and fill to the top.
- Place the end of the mold in the juice and place in the freezer.
- Let the popsicles freeze for at least 4 hours before serving.
Adult Winesicles

Adult winesicles (wine popsicles-get it!?) are my new favorite drink! There is something about having a really tasty and refreshing cocktail in the summer heat. I used the Amarumayu fruit juice to make my popsicles again because of its healthy benefits stated above! The less sugar…the better in my opinion!
Ingredients:
- Amarumayu Fruit Juice
- Popsicle Mold
- Wine glasses
- Wine of your choice (I used Yes, Olivia watermelon wine from Trader Joe’s)
- Fruit (I used strawberries and raspberries)
To make:
- Pour the Amarumayu fruit juice into the popsicle mold and fill to the top.
- Place the end of the mold in the juice and place in the freezer.
- Let the popsicles freeze for at least 4 hours before serving.
- Once the popsicles are ready, place one in a wine glass upside down and pour in your favorite wine!
- Add lots of fresh fruit and enjoy!
